The Jazz are all-in on improving their draft lottery odds, so fantasy managers are likely unsurprised that Sexton and Clarkson will not play on Sunday. With Isaiah Collier being a fixture in the starting lineup, Johnny Juzang and Brice Sensabaugh will play additional minutes, whether they start or come off the bench.

Tshiebwe hasn’t been able to carve out a role in the NBA since going undrafted in 2023, but whenever he gets the opportunity to play, he dominates the glass. He has played in 10 games since the All-Star break and has finished with at least 10 rebounds in eight of them. Sunday’s game was his third-straight double-double, which is a great way for him to end the season. Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a clear path for him to play rotation minutes next season, so we may have to wait until next March and April for him to shine.

What a way to close out the season for Sensabaugh. The second-year guard had at least 20 points and five three-pointers in Utah’s final three games of the season. Sensabaugh also had some big performances at the end of last season, but his role entering year two was a minimal one. It’s unclear what things will look like entering his third season in the NBA, which makes him a difficult player to consider drafting next year, especially if Utah opts to tank again. Still, the 21-year-old has proven his potential once again to wrap up the season.

Martin will remain out on Sunday, missing a fifth straight game due to illness. Micah Potter played 32 minutes off the bench in Friday’s loss to the Thunder and may take on a similar workload on Sunday. However, fantasy managers in active leagues should target Kyle Filipowski and Brice Sensabaugh first.

Rozier reportedly injured his ankle during an optional workout and will be listed as questionable for Game 2. However, Rozier fell out of the rotation in March and didn’t see the floor at all during either play-in game and Game 1 of this series. His status won’t impact Miami’s rotation or gameplan.

Nehm quotes head coach Doc Rivers as saying that, “He’s close. He looks great to me.” When asked about Dame’s availability for Game 2, Rivers was non-committal, opening the door for a potential return earlier than expected. For now, we’ll consider Lillard questionable for Game 2. Keep a close eye on his status ahead of Tuesday’s tip-off from Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Sunday’s series opener was brutal for the Rockets’ starting guards. VanVleet and Jalen Green (7/8/2 in 31 minutes) combined to shoot 7-of-34 from the field overall and 2-of-17 from beyond the arc. Neither was an efficient shooter during the regular season, with VanVleet making 37.8 percent of his attempts and Green slightly better at 42.3 percent. That said, neither reached those levels in Game 1, which was a significant reason why Houston lost. VanVleet and Green will look to bounce back in Game 2 on Wednesday.
