Yabusele will be available after a right eye abrasion sidelined him for Wednesday’s loss to the Knicks. Whether he returns to the starting lineup or serves as Andre Drummond’s backup, reliable minutes will be available for Yabusele with Joel Embiid (knee) out for the rest of the season. Adem Bona’s playing time may take a hit, but the rookie will be more valuable if the 76ers decide to shut everyone down.

Bagley has taken advantage of his opportunity with Philadelphia. He’s on a second 10-day contract, and he was able to record his second consecutive double-double in this game. He set new career highs for both rebounds and steals after recording a 20/10 double-double on Friday. Bagley likely didn’t do enough to earn a standard contract, and he will probably be back in the G League next season. Still, it was cool to see him play this well.

Walker signed with the 76ers right after the All-Star break and ended up having a solid season for them, albeit in just 20 appearances. He ended it on a high note with new season highs for both points and three-pointers. He averaged 12.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.3 triples in 23.8 minutes per game this season. The 76ers have a team option to keep Walker for another season, but with the team healthy heading into next year, it’s unlikely that he replicates these numbers.

Maxey, who has been sidelined since early March, should be ready for the start of next season, but it’s going to be a little while before he returns to playing basketball. Maxey’s season has been over for a while, and the 76ers aren’t going to play in the postseason, so this won’t have any immediate impact. However, it appears that his finger injury is fairly severe, since it’ll end up being close to three months off before he returns to basketball activities.

McDaniels’ aggressiveness on the offensive end was one of the key factors in Minnesota’s Game 1 victory. He didn’t hesitate to make plays on that end of the floor, and the result was a highly efficient outing in Los Angeles. McDaniels scored 20 points or more 12 times during the regular season, most recently doing so in a March 16 win over the Jazz. Nights like Saturday have not been the norm for Jaden, so it would be unsurprising if his production took a hit in Game 2 on Tuesday. However, his performance in Game 1 has given the Lakers something to think about when they draw up their defensive game plan for Tuesday.

Saturday’s series opener was a tale of two halves for Harris. Shooting 7-of-10 from the field, he scored 22 points in the first half. Harris would only attempt three shots after halftime, going silent as the Pistons went from leading by eight at the end of the third quarter to trailing by 13 due to a 21-0 Knicks run. While the overall line was encouraging, the Pistons need a more consistent Harris if they’re to win this series. Game 2 is on Monday night.
