Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers

NYJQB • #8

Aaron Rodgers completed 24-of-42 attempts for 225 yards in the Jets’ Week 4 loss against the Broncos, adding five rushes for 26 yards.

Rodgers took a handful of wicked shots from a blitz-heavy Broncos defense. That included a blindside shot on a critical fourth down in the fourth quarter. Rodgers was slow to get up from the hit and received attention from Jets trainers on the sideline for an apparent leg injury. The 40-year-old Rodgers played through the injury but was increasingly hobbled. Overall, Rodgers was sporadic in a rainy, nasty game against a good Denver defense. Things won’t get easier in Week 5 against the elite Vikings coverage unit.
