Adam Thielen caught 5-of-6 targets for 43 yards and a touchdown in the Panthers’ Week 16 overtime win over the Cardinals.

Thielen’s first target was a first quarter drop on what likely would have been a deep gain. He atoned a quarter later with an uncovered eight-yard touchdown grab, but that was the extent of the highlights. Coming back down to earth again over the past two weeks after a mini hot streak, Thielen is a floor-based WR3 who will have a decent shot at a Week 17 ceiling effort vs. the Bucs’ shaky pass defense.
