Alec Pierce caught 5-of-7 targets for 56 yards and a touchdown in the Colts’ Week 1 loss against the Packers.

Pierce, who last week went off for 125 yards and a touchdown against the Texans, again led the Colts in all receiving categories in Week 2. He caught Anthony Richardson’s lone touchdown on the day. Pierce — who also led the Colts in pass routes — has functioned as the team’s WR1 over Michael Pittman, who on Sunday had three catches for 21 yards. Pierce is a worthwhile deep league play going forward.
