Cooper is in the final year of his contract and is set to earn $23 million in 2024. The veteran receiver totaled 72 receptions for 1,250 yards and five touchdowns last season and has gone for 1,100-plus yards in each of his first two seasons with the Browns. In search of a new deal before the start of the season, Cooper, who turns 30 later this month, is subject to fines for every day he misses mandatory minicamp.
