Antonio Gibson had six rushes for 52 yards in the Patriots’ Week 5 loss against the Dolphins, adding one catch for four yards.

Gibson saw the Patriots’ first rushing attempt after head coach Jerod Mayo publicly benched Rhamondre Stevenson for fumbling four times in the season’s first month. Stevenson took over from there, leading the New England backfield with 16 touches before leaving in the fourth quarter with a knee injury. Gibson remains the team’s No. 2 back unless Stevenson misses time with his knee issue.
