Beat reporter Scott Bair reports Travis Homer should take on a “bigger role” in Week 14 against the 49ers.

Starter D’Andre Swift (quad) is questionable to play this week and backup/passing-game specialist Roschon Johnson (concussion) is already ruled out. Homer is likely to at least take on third- and fourth-and-long duties and will at least be considered for the high-value two-minute drill. He is a viable flex play but possesses a wide range of outcomes.
