Welcome to the world of downplaying high-ankle sprains. We are now dealing with this from both the Packers (Watson) and the Colts (Jonathan Taylor). What is very clear is that Watson will not be playing this week — Matt LaFleur said so on Monday. That leaves Watson essentially week-to-week going forward, with Week 6 against the Cardinals the earliest he could possibly be active. We’d bet on Week 7 or Week 8 as a more realistic recovery timetable for Watson.
