Za'Darius Smith

Browns and EDGE Za’Darius Smith agreed to a two-year, $23.5 million contract.

Smith totaled 5.5 sacks and 27 tackles in 16 games with the Browns last season. It was a down year for the veteran EDGE rusher who totaled 10 sacks in the previous season, but Smith continues to pair nicely with All-World pass rusher Myles Garrett. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported Smith can earn up to $25 million on his new deal and will receive a base salary of $12 million in 2024.
