Browns declared QB Jameis Winston, RB Jerome Ford, CB Kahlef Hailassie, S Ronnie Hickman, LB Nathaniel Watson, and DT Quinton Jefferson inactive for Week 7 against the Bengals.

Winston surprisingly shifts to the emergency third quarterback role, making Dorian Thompson-Robinson active as the backup for Week 7. Ford was officially ruled out earlier in the week due to a hamstring injury. Nick Chubb is returning to play for the first time in over a year to take over some backfield snaps, while D’Onta Foreman and Pierre Strong will mix in as well.
