Garrett was added to the injury report in the middle of last week as a DNP on Thursday. He returned to practice on Friday and didn’t even get a questionable tag. The DNP today seems to be nothing more than maintenance for the Browns’ most valuable player. Barring a setback, Garrett should be available to terrorize Daniel Jones on Sunday.
