Browns re-signed RB D’Onta Foreman.

Foreman was part of the initial cutdown, but his release was thought to be a procedural move while the Browns figure out what to do elsewhere with their roster. His re-signing, which was first reported by Bleacher Report’s Jordan Schultz, follows the release of Tyler Huntley, who is now free to sign with any team after a strong preseason. Foreman will combine with Pierre Strong to back up Jerome Ford while Nick Chubb (knee) continues to rehab from last year’s season-ending injury. He’s an interesting stash for the time being but doesn’t have any stand-alone upside.
