Bucs head coach Todd Bowles told reporters earlier today that Otton would be a game-time decision. While he wasn’t ruled out entirely, players rarely suit up after being hit with the doubtful tag. It looks like Payne Durham will draw the start this week. Durham only caught two passes in Week 17 but did find the end zone, keeping him on the TE2 radar for Week 18.
