Chuba Hubbard

Chuba Hubbard

CARRB • #30

Cat Crave Blog’s Jared Feinberg said Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard appears “more explosive” in training camp.

Feinberg, who is covering Carolina’s training camp, said Hubbard has shown improvement this summer. Something of a plodder over the past two seasons, Hubbard could be in line for a starting role to begin the 2024 season if rookie Jonathon Brooks (ACL) isn’t fully healthy. Brooks was recently placed on the non-football injury list. Hubbard had more than 1,100 total yards from scrimmage last year in the run-heavy Carolina offense, to go along with five rushing touchdowns. Panthers head coach Dave Canales has said he wants the team to be a run-heavy unit once again in 2024.
