Tillman was out-targeted by Elijah Moore but led the Browns in receiving yards and caught two of their three passing touchdowns. The second-year receiver broke free for a 22-yard catch-and-run touchdown in the third quarter and then blew past safety Eddie Jackson in the fourth quarter to haul in a 38-yard game-winning score with just over a minute to go. Tillman has been targeted 21 times in his two games since the Browns traded away Amari Cooper, and has 15 catches for 180 yards and two scores to show for it. It’s only a two-game sample, but we’ve seen enough to say Tillman will be a high-upside WR3 in Week 9 against the Chargers.
