Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle) was seen leaving the stadium on crutches and wearing a walking boot.

ESPN’s Jeff Darlington reported Pacheco was set to undergo testing and X-ray imaging, though the test’s scheduled date and time and/or results have yet to be revealed. The injury occurred when Pacheco’s right foot was trapped underneath him as he was tackled from behind via a hit to the back of his knees. We will monitor the situation closely for updates. The 2-0 Chiefs face the Falcons in Week 3, where preseason sensation RB/FB Carson Steele could handle a sizable workload.
