Cole Kmet caught 7-of-10 targets for 64 yards in the Bears’ Week 12 loss to the Vikings.

Kmet finished the day second on the team in targets and catches after seeing just three looks in Week 11. Despite the counting stats, it was a shaky day for Kmet, who committed an ugly drop on a potential third-down conversion in the third quarter. Kmet also limped off the field after blocking on a short Roschon Johnson touchdown in the first quarter. He returned following a brief stay in the medical tent and didn’t appear bothered by the issue for the remainder of the game. Passing volume will be on his side for a Week 13 matchup with the Lions, keeping Kmet on the TE1 periphery next week.
