Colts RB Trey Sermon (hamstring) practiced Wednesday.

Sermon went down with a hamstring injury two weeks ago in a preseason game against the Colts and hasn’t been spotted on the practice field since. ESPN’s Stephen Holder reported in June that Sermon, who has bounced around the league in recent years, is likely to function as the Colts’ RB2 behind Jonathan Taylor this season. Sermon had 88 yards on 17 rushes in a Week 15 game against the Steelers last season.
