DeMarvion Overshown

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said LB DeMarvion Overshown will require knee surgery.

Overshown suffered what appeared to be a major knee injury on Monday night against the Bengals and will miss the remainder of the season. It could be a devastating setback for Overshown, who missed his entire rookie season with an ACL injury. The explosive linebacker — among the best Dallas defenders — finishes 2024 with five sacks, an interceptions, and three pass breakups. He had 13 QB pressures over his final four games of the season. Mike McCarthy suggested at his Tuesday presser that because of the timing of the injury, Overshown might not play in 2025.
