D'Onta Foreman

D'Onta Foreman

D’Onta Foreman rushed 10 times for 31 yards in the Browns’ Week 6 loss to the Eagles, adding two receptions for 16 yards.

With Jerome Ford felled early by a hamstring injury, Foreman and Pierre Strong formed a committee. Pro Football Focus charted Strong as winning the snaps battle, though Foreman out-touched his backfield mate 12-10. Obviously that’s about as even as things get. Foreman, unsurprisingly, was being used more on early downs. Nick Chubb’s status will need to be monitored in addition to Ford’s, but Foreman could be looking at plug-and-play FLEX status for Week 7 against the Bengals’ rough defense.
