Davante Adams caught 4-of-9 targets for 40 yards in the Raiders’ Week 3 loss to the Panthers.

Adams and quarterback Gardner Minshew weren’t on the same page throughout the game, highlighted by a fourth quarter interception when Minshew threw the ball to space when Adams broke off his route. Adams also had two drops in this one, both of which were jarred from his hands after he looked to come down with the catch. Minshew was benched in favor of Aidan O’Connell following the interception, something that could reignite the starting quarterback conversation in short order. Things won’t get any easier for the veteran alpha wide receiver when the Raiders host the Browns in Week 4.
