Dolphins restructured CB Jalen Ramsey’s contract to save $19.9 million against the salary cap for 2024.

The Dolphins are finally under the salary cap as free agency approaches. Ramsey, 33, is signed with Miami through the 2026 season. In 2023, Ramsey had five passes defended and three interceptions in ten games with the Dolphins. PFF graded the Dolphins defense as the league’s 11th worst coverage unit in 2023.
