MIATE • #9

Dolphins TE Jonnu Smith will receive versatile deployment this season.

Shortly after the Dolphins listed Smith as the team’s No. 2 fullback, the Miami Herald reported that the team plans to increase its 12 personnel usage this year while creating mismatches with Smith on both jet sweeps and screen passes. The Dolphins No. 3 pass-catcher role is up for grabs with Odell Beckham on the physically unable to perform (PUP) for at least the first four games. Smith has a chance to emerge as a TE1 in the Dolphins’ fantasy-friendly passing attack.
