Cooper did not report to minicamp, and indication that he may have wanted some sort of contract re-work. He gets it now, receiving a $5 million pay bump and getting the remaining $20 million on his deal guaranteed. He will get half of the $20 million as a signing bonus. Cooper has been an excellent alpha receiver for the Browns, totaling 72 receptions for 1,250 yards and five touchdowns last season. The contract re-work still allows Cooper to enter free agency next offseason at the age of 30.
