ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports “could wind up staying with the Las Vegas Raiders rather than being traded.”

The Raiders are seeking a second-round pick and then some for their injured 31-year-old receiver and haven’t received the level of interest they expected. Schefter also noted that they don’t want to foot the bill for any money left on Adams’ current contract. The Jets and Saints have both expressed interest in reuniting Adams with one of his former quarterbacks, but neither team seems willing to meet the Raiders’ lofty demands at this time. Adams is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury and has already been ruled out for Week 6.
