Malik Nabers

Malik Nabers

NYGWR • #1

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Malik Nabers “will try to play” in Week 14 against the Saints.

Schefter later added that the Giants don’t plan to shut him down for the year. Nabers will test things out in pre-game warmups before a final decision is made. He suffered a hip flexor injury in practice this week on top of the lingering groin issue. The Giants listed him as questionable after holding him out of Friday’s practice. According to a source of Schefter’s, Nabers would play “more of a limited role” if active. It’s not what fantasy managers want to hear with playoff hopes on the line. Typically ranked just outside of the WR1 range, Nabers should be treated as a low-end WR2 this week.
