ESPN’s Mike Reiss reports Patriots RB Antonio Gibson (hip) plans to play in Week 1 against the Bengals.

Gibson told reporters on Friday he was optimistic about playing but was still listed as questionable. The former Commander was added to the injury report on Thursday with the hip issue. Barring any setbacks, Gibson should see a handful of targets as New England plays from behind versus the Bengals. He sits in the RB4 fantasy range for Week 1.
