Kittle missed Week 3 with a hamstring issue. He returned for Week 4 but immediately suffered a rib injury that could force him to miss another game. He did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday. A limited session on Friday would likely result in a questionable designation when the 49ers release their injury report.
