Giants media again asked the question and forced Daboll to reiterate what he said after the game. This time Daboll gave an answer that was more intended to put the issue to bed. Jones has not been good enough to have a safe starting spot at this point, but Drew Lock did absolutely nothing to seize on the job. Jones will remain a low-end, superflex-only quarterback outside of good defensive matchups. Pittsburgh, next week, is not one of those matchups.
