Giants HC Brian Daboll said Daniel Jones will remain as the team’s starter after Sunday’s Week 7 loss to the Eagles.

Jones has struggled in back-to-back games, leading the Giants to just 10 points over the last two weeks. Daboll said the decision to bench Jones in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s loss was to provide a “spark” for the offense, but Drew Lock only amplified the Giants’ issues at quarterback. Jones draws a challenging Week 8 matchup on the road in Pittsburgh.
