Isaac Guerendo

Isaac Guerendo rushed 15 times for 78 yards and two touchdowns and caught 2-of-2 targets for 50 yards in the 49ers’ Week 14 win over the Bears.

Guerendo established himself early on, producing a 23-yard reception on the third play from scrimmage. His size, speed and dual-threat talents made it very difficult for Bears defenders to bring him down. Adam Schefter reported after the game that Guerendo will undergo an MRI on Monday to further examine what is believed to be a foot sprain. Results from Guerendo’s post-game X-ray were inconclusive. He is an RB1, if active against the Rams in Week 15 though backup RB Patrick Taylor Jr. could very well be next week’s starter. The game is scheduled for Thursday night.
