Ja’Lynn Polk (head) is questionable to return in Week 7 against the Jaguars.

Polk left late in the fourth quarter and isn’t likely to return in the waning moments of a likely loss. He failed to catch any of his three targets. Polk opened the game with a drop on New England’s open drive and would another later in the game. He also slipped while being targeted on a two-point conversion try. Patriots coach Jerod Mayo said earlier this week that Polk “needs to get over this mental hump.” He backtracked even further today and may need some time on the bench to recalibrate.
