Every single one of Tampa Bay’s questionable players is playing asides from safety Tykee Smith (knee). Also inactive for the Buccaneers are: DL Earnest Brown, TE Devin Culp, WR Mike Evans, LB Antonio Grier, G Royce Newman, and OLB Jose Ramirez. McMillan winds up missing one game with his hamstring injury and hasn’t shown enough to be more than a what-the-heck FLEX against the 49ers.
