James Cook rushed 19 times for 71 yards in a Week 1 win over the Cardinals, adding 32 receiving yards on three catches.

Cook getting 22 touches is a great sign for his fantasy value. The other running backs on the team accounted for just six touches, and Cook was even used three times inside the 10-yard-line. He was unable to punch those runs in, and Josh Allen unsurprisingly finished them off, but it sure seems like Cook is going to get more work this season. He also didn’t drop a pass on Sunday while providing a valuable outlet option for Allen. This could be a big year for James Cook.
