DET • WR • #9
Williams lost seven yards on his only rush attempt of the day. The Lions threw 23 passes compared to 43 runs, so there wasn’t a ton of target volume to go around. Still, three looks are well below what we saw for Williams in the first two weeks of the year. He was targeted nine times in Week 1 and upped that to 11 in Week 2. The truth of his volume likely lies somewhere between the three outcomes. Williams isn’t a true No. 1 receiver, but he is more than a deep threat, even if his Week 3 box score suggests otherwise. He will look to get back on track as a low-end WR2 in Week 4 versus the Seahawks.
