Jayden Reed caught 7-of-8 targets for 139 yards and a touchdown in the Packers’ Week 4 loss to the Vikings.

With the Packers spending the final two-plus quarters in comeback game script, Reed posted a new career high for yards. He bested his previous best total from Week 1 by a yard. Those games, of course, are Jordan Love’s only two starts of the season. The Packers threw way more than they wanted to this afternoon, but they also lost Christian Watson to a potentially severe ankle injury. With Love avoiding further injury, Reed is looking like a targets-based WR2 heading into Week 5 against the Rams’ soft defense.
