Love was officially listed as limited on Thursday. He recently said he believes he has a “realistic” chance to play in Week 9 against the Lions and is clearly doing everything he can to suit up for the NFC North showdown — which includes practicing in the rain on a soggy Thursday. His early return to practice bodes well for his Week 9 outlook, but the Packers may not rush to commit to him as their starter until closer to game time.
