Josh Allen believes he avoided serious injury with his left (not-throwing) wrist issue but expects to undergo precautionary testing.

Allen’s wrist was “heavily taped” post-game after he awkwardly landed on it in the process of scoring a touchdown. He’s hopefully dealing with swelling and little more. Unless an MRI or X-ray turns up an unexpected break or ligament issue, fantasy managers don’t seem to have much to sweat with Allen’s Week 2 status.
