Josh Downs

Josh Downs (calf) was a full participant in Thursday’s practice.

The Colts did the same thing with CB Kenny Moore II (knee), who was added to Thursday’s injury report despite practicing in full. Given both players’ full participation today, we do expect both Downs and Moore to suit up against the Lions on Sunday. It should be a pass-heavy environment.
