Downs practiced just once last week, suiting up for full participation in Friday’s practice with the same injury. He finished as the PPR WR11. Unless otherwise reported, fantasy managers should expect downs to play against the Dolphins on Sunday. His status as a weekly WR2/3 is jeopardized by Anthony Richardson’s expected return though.
