After logging a DNP on Wednesday, Downs was spotted on the field during Thursday’s practice, which is a good sign for his Week 7 availability against the Dolphins. The team later listed him as a limited participant. Downs played through his toe injury in last week’s win over the Titans and wound up catching seven passes for 66 yards and a score. His fantasy value could take a hit with Anthony Richardson (oblique) expected to return, but Downs should still have high-end WR3 upside given his recent string of success.
