SEA • RB • #9
Walker III was held to just 19 yards in the first half as the Seahawks couldn’t block the interior rush from Denver whatsoever. The 5-foot-9 tailback was able to find those creases after halftime, however, and ran for 83 yards in the third quarter alone. His touchdown showed off his patience and ability to get outside on a 20-yard stroll to give Seattle a 16-13 lead; a lead they never really looked back from. Walker III could find the sledding tougher in Week 2 against a Patriots defense that looked solid in all facets against the Bengals.
