Khalil Shakir caught 5-of-8 targets for 106 yards and a touchdown in the Bills’ Week 14 loss to the Rams.

Shakir was incredible in this one and could have been the game’s hero if the defense could make a stop. His 51-yard touchdown catch in the third quarter showcased impressive burst after the catch and his patented elite contact balance to withstand multiple tackle attempts. He then hauled in an impressive 34-yard catch down to the one-yard line, while getting hit, to pull the Bills back within 10 points in the fourth quarter. The Bills don’t have to air it out like this every week, which makes Shakir inconsistent for fantasy purposes, but he should be in another good spot next week in a potential shootout with the Lions.
