Kirk Cousins

Kirk Cousins completed 21-of-35 passes for 238 yards, zero touchdowns and an interception in the Falcons’ 26-24, Week 4 win over the Saints.

Cousins, frankly, didn’t look too hot in his first scoreless start as a Falcon, but he mostly avoided mistakes as the Birds took advantage of two defensive touchdowns to narrowly win at home. Cousins seemed to be having trouble driving the ball, including on his interception. In his defense, Ray-Ray McCloud did fall down on his route, but it was still a poor pass/decision. Yet to reach 250 yards or throw for more than two scores, Cousins is showing very limited fantasy appeal in his new home. We don’t see that changing for Week 5 against the Bucs, though Tampa has been involved in some high-scoring games to begin the year.
