Nursing a shoulder injury, McConkey had already set a new season high for receptions by halftime, as he entered the break with eight catches for 105 yards. That, of course, means he caught only one pass across quarters three and four. He also picked up a new ailment, a right knee issue. He left the game late with a questionable to return designation and the game broadcast also noted McConkey was playing through a tremendous amount of pain with his shoulder. If he can go, McConkey continues to look more and more like a legitimate No. 1 wideout headed into a “prove it” Week 14 date with the Chiefs.
