Lions LB Alex Anzalone (concussion) is questionable for Week 3 against the Cardinals.

Anzalone missed Wednesday’s practice and was upgraded to a limited participant on Thursday and Friday. He still has more hurdles to clear in the concussion protocol, but the questionable tag gives him a shot at playing on Sunday. Starting cornerback Terrion Arnold is questionable because of an illness. That typically doesn’t stop players from suiting up, so he should be good to go by Sunday.
