Michael Pittman (back) is active for Week 6 against the Titans.

Pittman went from a supposed candidate for injured reserve to playing four days later. We would assume only the most powerful painkillers were injected into his back in the interim. The plot thickened Sunday morning when Joe Flacco was surprisingly named the Week 6 starter over Anthony Richardson. That makes Pittman WR3 relevant even as we are unsure of his true health status.
