Mike Evans caught 5-of-6 targets for 61 yards and two touchdowns in a Week 1 win over the Commanders.

Evans has been Mr. Consistent in his career, and he’s starting on the right track here as well. The Commanders’ defense seems to be a bit leaky, but Evans used his size and strong hands to make tough catches and was left fairly wide open for his touchdowns as well. The Bucs did take some deep shots with rookie Jalen McMillan and Chris Godwin appears to be healthy, so there is competition for targets here, but Evans always seems to get his.
