NFL beat writer Cameron Wolfe reports Anthony Richardson is believed to have suffered a hip pointer in the Colts’ Week 4 contest against the Steelers.

This would be the best-case scenario for Richardson, who was ruled out for Week 4’s contest early into the second quarter.
